Rome Testnet serves as a playground for anyone who wants to take Rome for a test drive, as a user, token holder, app developer, or validator. It is built on Solana Devnet. Solana Devnet tokens are not real.
Rome provides two Testnets: Martius and Caelian to enable building and testing cross-chain applications. If one RPC endpoint does not work then try another one. Due to high load an endpoint may not work.
