Rhea

Describes fair sequencing of rollup transactions and includes diagrams.

Rhea enables fair sequencing of rollup transactions. All transactions are treated the same and processed first come first serve.

Rhea composes and submits rollup transactions to Solana, where they are executed and ordered. This guarantees immutability of the transaction ordering.
